1st Lost Tooth

Colby lost his first tooth!  Finally!  It was so loose that Darren just pulled a little on it and it popped right out.

This is this the pic Darren took.  Hilarious.

He was so excited to leave his tooth under his pillow.  He then decided he wanted to write a note to the tooth fairy to see if he could keep his tooth.  His note says, "Can I keep the tooth? Write the answer on that line. Say no or yes."
So this was everything under his pillow.  The note, pencil, and his tooth.

He said he was going to pretend he was sleeping the whole night so that he could see what the tooth fairy looked like.  He asked if he could keep my phone so that when she came he could take a picture of her.

A couple hours later, Darren was trying to get the note from under his pillow and was having a hard time. He finally got it and we were joking around in the other room while replying to his note.  When we heard Colby from the other room yell, "Hello?"  We both thought, oh no!  We have ruined the magic of the tooth fairy.  Luckily he was just talking in his sleep.  Phew!

The next morning, he was so excited to see a gold dollar coin and that the tooth fairy replied to his note.  He said the tooth fairy replied with a, "yes, cool, bye." That's weird because I'm pretty sure she only replied with a, yes.  He also said he saw the tooth fairy but he forgot what she looks like.  He is so full of stories ALL the time.  He told my niece the other day that he took his brain out of his head at school put then put it back in and that he was also bit by a shark.  I guess when stuff like that happens to you then it's quite easy to believe that a magic fairy comes into your room at night and replies to your note and leaves you money.
